1. Shipping policy

  • We dispatch our products via FedEx.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, with an average of 7 to 14 working days.
  • We provide free worldwide shipping for all our customers.
  • Please note that while our shipping service is free, your country’s customs may impose charges on goods received from abroad. These charges are not covered by our free shipping policy.
  • Additionally, some geographical restrictions may apply. These restrictions will be clearly communicated to our customers and may be beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.


2. Returns policy

2.1. General returns information

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, free of charge.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for a return authorization and instructions.

2.2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. The refund will include the full cost of the product. For the refund to be effective, the product must be in the same condition as purchased and without any faults.

2.3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

2.4. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
